Program Description

The Allmite SMS Messaging Program may send text messages regarding:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates

  • Technician arrival notifications

  • Service updates and follow-up communications

  • Account, billing, and payment notifications

  • Customer service communications

  • Estimates, promotions, and special offers, when authorized

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Allmite.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, scheduled services, and communication preferences. Recurring messages may be sent while you remain enrolled in the program.

Opt-Out and Help Instructions

To stop receiving text messages from Allmite, reply STOP to any message. You may also use other recognized opt-out words, such as CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
